  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Basic tracking included

International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries, excluding parts of Asia and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cycle Sport Shop, we’re passionate about cycling and committed to your complete satisfaction. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to find the right solution.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bike Parts that have been installed or show signs of use
  • Any items from our Parts category that have been opened or used
  • Customized or specially ordered items
  • Products that have been assembled or show signs of wear
  • Items from categories including: Mountain Frames, Road Frames, and other specialized components

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once we approve your request, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your financial institution:

Refund Method

Exchange Process

Damaged or Defective Items
