Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Important Exception: Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bike Parts that have been installed or show signs of use
- Any items classified under our Parts category that have been opened or used
- Customized or specially ordered items
- Products that have been assembled or show signs of wear

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we approve your request, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and ship to our address:
